A new planning application seeks permission to convert the ground floor into a Class E business space.

This category includes shops, eateries, or other commercial uses.

The council previously rejected another application for this site last year.

If approved, the upper floors will become three one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment.

The new business is expected to create five jobs.
